Alphacam Machinist is a range of packaged programs based on our acclaimed Alphacam products, designed to suit the needs of a multi function workshop. Includes Mill, Turn and Wire in advanced formats. It provides a highly functional package to companies who are looking to cover the range of engineering functions with an easy to use suite of programs. It offers considerable potential for programming numerically controlled machines.
Alphacam Profile
The Alphacam Profile modules allow easy programming of profile cutting process for 2D and 5-Axis applications. Alphacam Profiling is used with Flame, Laser, Waterjet and Knife Cutting CNC machines.
Alphacam Machinist Pro
The Alphacam Machinist Pro package is the ideal CAD/CAM system for machining moulds. It offers considerable potential for programming horizontal or vertical machining centres, with 3-Axis plus 2 positional axes.
Alphacam Machinist 5-Axis Pro
Alphacam Machinist 5-Axis Pro provides the ideal CAD/CAM solution for companies looking for a reliable, easy to use simultaneous 5-Axis solution.
5-Axis Mill Turn
The introduction of full 5-Axis mill turn functionality within the Alphacam Machinist 5-Axis Pro module combines the proven strengths of Alphacam’s advanced Turn and 5-Axis Mill applications. This module now provides enhanced support for 'one-hit' machining on all popular mill turn machines. The module also includes Alphacam’s latest feature recognition and quick shading tools for increased productivity and reduced manufacturing costs as well as simplifying the set up for complex components.
