Alphacam for Metal Modules
Milling
Alphacam's Milling modules range from the simple 2D Milling module through to the 3D 5-Axis module, which allows the user to release the full potential of their 5-axis CNC machine tool.
Turning
The Alphacam Advanced Turning module is the ultimate CAD/CAM system for machine shops and subcontractors. It offers considerable potential for programming numerically controlled lathes with C/Y axis and driven tooling.
Profiling and Trimming
Laser, flame, and water jet profiling operations are all catered for in the Alphacam Profiling and Alphacam Profiling 5-Axis modules. The 5-Axis module provides for the cutting of complex 3D components.
Wire
The Alphacam Advanced Wire module offers considerable potential for programming numerically controlled wire electro-erosion machines with 2 or 4-Axis.
Additional Features
Alphacam offers a range of additional features, including Constrained Parametric Sketching (CPS), 'apply contraints' functionality, machining styles, feature recognition and solid model support; all are available in Advanced modules and above.
